For an event such as the 5th Biennial Tracks and Trails Conference to be a success, we need the support of external sponsors. We are now calling for potential sponsors to contact us to discuss opportunities to ensure the conference will not only be informative, but an accessible and professional experience for all who attend.

Types of Sponsorship

 We are looking for people or organisations interested in being a:

• Supporting Sponsor - to help host keynote speakers and fund field trip activities
• Banquet Dinner Host - to sponsor our formal conference dinner to be held on Thursday evening 13th March 2008 at the Novotel Twin Waters

Other opportunities for making your mark at the conference include:

• having a trade display - located in the main foyer of Novotel Twin Waters
• advertising in the registration brochure or conference booklet
• displaying your advertising banner stategically at the venue
• promoting your organisation through an insert in the conference satchel
